Abu Dhabi: Urban Chic has launched in Abu Dhabi with two serviced apartments on Al Reem Island.
The first apartment – a two-bedroom unit in Mangrove Place – offers an open-plan living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony.
It is set within Mangrove Place which offers a range of facilities including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, children’s play area, 24/7 security, concierge service, and dedicated parking.
The wider Al Reem Island offers cafés, restaurants, and retail – all within walking distance, including The Galleria Mall for luxury shopping, fine dining, and cinema.
Local activities include kayaking or paddle-boarding at the Mangrove National Park. The coast and family-friendly beaches are also within driving distance.
The second apartment – a one-bedroom unit in Shams Meera – is located in a residential tower. Guests of Urban Chic will have access to a resort-style pool, fitness centre, landscaped gardens and additional services.
Urban Chic will go live in five developments in Abu Dhabi this week, with the target of having in excess of 1,000 apartments across Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and Dubai within the next five years.
