Germany: Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has partnered with operator Mogotel Hotel Group for a dual-branded hotel and serviced apartment project in the Reinickendorf district of Berlin.

The development will bring Ramada Residences by Wyndham to Germany for the first time.

The two new-build properties will be developed on adjacent plots on Rödernallee and are expected to open in 2028. When complete, it will offer 208 hotel rooms at Ramada Encore and 160 serviced apartments at Ramada Residences.

Dimitris Manikis, president EMEA, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, said: “Germany is one of our most important markets in Europe, and Berlin is a city with unmistakable energy; where culture, business and creativity come together. With something for every kind of traveller, it’s the ideal place to introduce Ramada Residences alongside Ramada Encore, a flexible hospitality model that reflects the dynamic spirit and evolving needs of the city.”

Ivan Dokicans, co-CEO and board member, Mogotel Hotel Group, added: “Berlin offers ideal conditions for this mixed-use hospitality concept, and we at Mogotel Hotel Group are pleased to deepen our collaboration with Wyndham in such an important market. By combining Ramada Encore with the first Ramada Residences in Germany, we are creating a development that meets the needs of a wide spectrum of guests, from short-stay visitors to long-stay residents, who value the comfort of home with the convenience and services of a hotel.”

Mogotel Hotel Group already operates three Wyndham properties: Ramada by Wyndham Essen, Wyndham Garden Munich Messe, and Wyndham Wrocław in Poland.
