US: Real estate management and development company Method Co., has opened ROOST White House, its first Washington D.C. location and eighth property in the country.
The aparthotel is situated on floor two and three of Accolade, a mixed-use development by Fouler Pratt, and features 35 fully furnished units across a mix of studios, one- and two-bed accommodations. Each apartment features a full-size kitchen and in-unit laundry.
Guests have access to modern amenities including 24/7 concierge, a complimentary bike share program, a fitness centre featuring free weights, machines, stationary bikes, and a yoga studio, as well as two private meeting rooms.
The rooftop offers views of Washington, D.C., with a reflection pool, communal lounges, fire pits, coworking spaces, a wet bar and catering kitchen, and a dog run. Additionally, guests will have access to 13-storey courtyard.
