The Netherlands: Serviced apartment provider Corporate Housing Factory will add The Architect to its portfolio when it opens in Arnhem this April.
The Architect is housed in a restored heritage building which dates back to 1878. It was once home to the Bouwkundig Instituut, later known as the Polytechnisch Bureau Nederland Arnhem (PBNA).
It features apartments across one, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom executive residences. In one of the apartments, shrapnel holes can be found from the Battle of Arnhem, fought during World War II in September 1944.
Bathrooms come stocked with refillable vegan toiletries by Marie-Stella-Maris, and linen is provided by De Witte Lietaer.
The building also offers parking space.
