Weave Living expands in Singapore with two launches

Singapore: Rental accommodation owner, developer and operator Weave Living will launch two properties in Singapore, located in the East Coast and Mount Sophia areas.

Weave Residences – East Coast, located on Still Road, offers 93 residences ranging from studio to two-bedroom apartments and penthouses. On-site amenities include a pool, gym, BBQ area, and a children’s play park.

Weave Suites – Hillside, located on Wilkie Road, features 175 suites ranging from open-plan studios to one and two-bedroom layouts. Formerly the Citadines Mount Sophia, the property was acquired in partnership with Blackrock last year for S$188 million. 

Amenities include coworking spaces, private meeting rooms, a games and karaoke room, gym and yoga studio, a shared kitchen, and more. The property will be available for both short and long-term stays.

While the luxury East Coast location is already open, the Hillside property is due to open in March. Both properties join Weave Suites – Midtown in Singapore.
