UK: Contractor GHI Contracts is leading a refurbishment of Kintore House in Edinburgh city centre for Gloag Serviced Apartments.

The former extended townhouse will be converted to include 82 serviced apartments, operated under BridgeStreet‘s Mode flag.

Glasgow-based building services provider Arc-Tech (Scotland) Ltd has been appointed to deliver the M&E element of the refurbishment.

John Gallacher, managing director of Arc-Tech, said: “Arc-Tech is delighted to be appointed to this prestigious project by GHI. Our team will commence our installation works on site this September. We would like to take this opportunity to thank GHI for their support and hope that securing and successfully delivering Kintore House allows us to work together in the future.”

Gordon Cairns, managing director of GHI added: “GHI look forward to working with Arc-Tech on the delivery of this very prestigious project for our client, Gloag Serviced Apartments. Works at Kintore House will be undertaken over a 48-week duration ensuring delivery for summer 2018.”</p
