UK: The Hotels team at facilities services provider ISS has signed an agreement with Apple Apartments, its first client in the serviced apartment sector.
The three-year contract sees ISS providing housekeeping, linen management and delivery of guest supplies to sites in London and Cambridge.
Jermaine Weekes, director of operations at Apple Apartments, said: “We aim to become a UK leader in the serviced apartment sector and we sought a partner with a real focus on guest experience to support and enhance our brand and strategy. We have a range of guests at our establishments, therefore we need to provide great service, end-user experiences and value, which our new partner, ISS, has demonstrated they can deliver.”
