US: The Getty’s Group procurement team collaborated with designers VOA and Stantec on the Homewood Sites and Hampton Inn project in Chicago.
The Getty’s Group says its team “creatively blended the branding of Hilton’s Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites hotels for the project, which features a dual lobby with separate check-in desks, shared food and beverage amenities, meeting rooms, fitness centre and pool, and, split branding on each guest floor”.
“Priding itself on creating differentiated and desirable hospitality brands meaningful and memorable guest experiences, The Getty’s Group took on the challenge of combining two separate hotel identities as well as guest experiences from different hotel brands. The procurement team handled all aspects of the project to bring the Hilton’s vision to life, ensuring that all furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) and operating supplies and equipment (OS&E) were handled, delivered and installed as needed to produce natural and clean blended branding throughout the hotel including all guest room and hotel art which features images of the city and surrounding area around the hotel.”
The development, in Chicago’s West Loop, has a total of 336 units. “With the new dual-branded property in Chicago, Homewood Suites by Hilton gives guests an extended stay lodging option,” said Adrian Kurre, global head, Homewood Suites by Hilton. “We are excited to offer travelers value-driven suite accommodations that appeal to business and leisure guests.”</p
