UK: The So Luxury Apartments in London have selected Guestline’s cloud-hosted property management system.
Guestline says: “With ten properties across London to manage, it was imperative that the So Luxury Apartments installed a system with multi property functionality. Scalable and cloud hosted, Guestline’s functional rich software will help the owners streamline management processes, boost revenue and reduce operational costs.”
Specifically designed for the serviced apartment sector, The So Luxury Apartments uses Guestline’s Central Invoicing Module (CIM) whereby invoices are automatically generated from one system for the duration of the stay and contain the correct tax handling as required by this sector. Advanced invoices and customisable invoice periods for long stay bookings can also now be produced, thereby saving the group time and manual intervention.
Guestline’s Rezlynx PMS allows the group to sell to another property if the target apartment is full, providing additional revenue via the single centralised availability view. This overview of room inventory from all apartment sites can be managed from one single system (no need for multiple PMS systems at every site), making Rezlynx a cost effective solution.
