Worldwide: White-label corporate travel management platform VantisCorp has built an automated platform for TMCs to manage bookings, policy approvals, and client servicing.

VantisCorp brings four travel components into one workflow:

  1. Accommodation and flight booking – fare rules, policy checks and approvals, including the TMC’s own markups, fees and client rules applied at the point of sale.
  2. Policy, approvals and compliance – approval matrices and multi-entity client structures are configured per account.
  3. Mid/back office automation – covering tax-compliant invoicing (GST, VAT), wallet configuration, and payment integration.
  4. Client servicing tools – helping TMC agents handle post-booking changes and traveller support.

TMCs will maintain the corporate relationship, its brand and commercial terms, while VantisCorp operates as a white-label platform, invisible to the traveller.

Amol Raut, co-founder and CEO of VantisCorp, said:”Every TMC we spoke to was solving the same three problems: approvals stuck in email, invoices reconciled by hand, and no single view of client spend. We built the OS first, because that’s where a TMC’s cost sits, not in the search screen.”

VantisCorp has contracted TMC clients live in India, the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia.

Highlights:
  • Indian corporate travel tech firm VantisCorp has launched a white-label automation platform designed for travel management companies (TMCs).
  • The solution centralises four core travel components: flight and hotel bookings, multi-entity policy compliance, mid/back-office tax-compliant invoicing, and agent client servicing.
  • Operating as an invisible white-label layer, the system enables TMCs to retain direct corporate client relationships and custom commercial structures.
  • Led by co-founder and CEO Amol Raut, VantisCorp has already secured active TMC contracts across India, the United Kingdom, and Saudi Arabia
