UK: Third-party operator RBH Hospitality Management has been appointed to manage the Aparthotel Adagio London Sutton Point.

The signing of Adagio Sutton Point represents the fifth Accor property onboarded by RBH in the last two years.

The 59-key aparthotel forms part of London Sutton Point, a mixed-used project developed in 2019/20. Real estate private equity investment manager ActivumSG, on behalf of ActivumSG Fund VII, working with Global Hospitality Investment Group, acquired Sutton Point last year for £21 million. At the time, it marked Active’s first UK hospitality-focussed acquisition.

In addition to Adagio, RBH was appointed to manage the 99-bedroom ibis hotel, also located at Sutton Point. The two signings represent the first deal between RBH and ActivumSG.

David Hart, CEO of RBH Hospitality Management, said: “Adding two more properties to our London portfolio is a fantastic milestone for RBH further solidifying our position in one of the world’s most competitive hospitality markets.

“It also strengthens our long-standing partnership with Accor as we continue to expand our portfolio across a diverse mix of branded, independent, boutique, luxury hotels and serviced apartments, supporting our strategic growth trajectory,” he added.

RBH currently manages a portfolio of more than 50 hotels across the UK, partnering with brands including Accor, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, IHG, Marriott International and Wyndham Worldwide.
