Viceroy Residences Aventura set to open in 2027

US: Developers Related Group and BH Group have partnered with luxury hotel brand Viceroy Hotels & Resorts to launch 274 serviced residences in Aventura, Miami in Florida. 

Viceroy Residences Aventura, located at 2999 NE 191st St in Aventura, Miami, is a 28-storey development with architecture by Arquitectonica and interiors by DesignAgency. It will feature 274 residences ranging from one to four bedrooms with sizes from 858 to 2,014 square feet. 

Amenities include a 90-foot, resort-style pool with private cabanas, the Hemingway Rooftop Bar & Terrace, a fitness centre and spa, sports facilities, as well as private co-working spaces.

The property represents the second collaboration between Related Group and Viceroy.
