UK: Manchester serviced apartment provider You Are Home has been placed in to voluntary liquidation by its directors.
The company, which offered apartments across Manchester city centre and Salford Quays, has shut down its website.
A company statement said: “We, the directors, have been considering the Company’s financial position with our advisors and have unfortunately concluded as the Company is insolvent as it cannot pay its debts as they fall due, that we have no option but to cease trading, and are therefore unable to continue to offer our services to you.”
“We have engaged Mazars LLP to assist with placing the Company into Creditors Voluntary Liquidation, who will be in touch with you, if you are a creditor of the Company, for example if you have made an advance payment, so that you can register your claim as a creditor. If you owe money to the Company the appointed liquidators will be in touch to make arrangements for you to settle your account. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your business during the Company’s life and again apologise for the inconvenient timing of this notice,” it concluded.
