US: The Elser Hotel & Residences, which is managed by Highgate, has officially opened in Downtown Miami.
The hotel features 646 rooms with both traditional rooms and larger residences for longer stays, ranging from studios to three-bedroom suites. Rooms have views over the city or the Biscayne Bay and surrounding areas.
Guests can also enjoy the 10,000 sqft fitness centre, personal training options, sun deck with eight electric grills, a pool deck, bar, an outdoor plunge pool on the 10th floor and a huge lawn for events with waterside views.
Jeff Toscano, executive vice president of luxury and lifestyle hotels at Highgate, which manages the hotel said: “The opening of The Elser Hotel will be a special addition to the vibrant hospitality scene here in Miami. Designed for short-term and long-term stays, The Elser hopes to set a new gold standard for guests looking to find a home in the heart of the electric Downtown neighbourhood and experience everything that makes Miami a world-class destination.”
Next year Miami Beach will be gaining another aparthotel – the Aman Miami Beach Residence has been designed by renowned Japanese architect firm Kengo Kuma and Associates (KKAA).
