Malta: Tech-powered operator Bob W has signed a lease with Ciantar Group for an aparthotel in Gżira, Malta, set to open in Q3 2028.
The purpose-built aparthotel is located near Marsamxett Harbour, Manoel Island and Sliema’s coastal promenade.
The property will feature 85 one-bedroom apartments, nine two-bedroom apartments, and one three-bedroom apartment, catering to both short and extended stays.
Amenities will include a gym, sauna, swimming pool, restaurant and rooftop terrace.
Renato Sciannimanico, real estate director for Southern Europe, Bob W, said: “Malta is a natural next step for Bob W as we continue to expand across Southern Europe. We’re seeing real potential in destinations that attract visitors beyond the peak summer season, and Malta is a great example of that.
