Europe: The serviced apartment provider limehome now has locations under contract in more than 100 European cities.
Two thirds of the new contracts were signed in Germany and Austria, whilst 150 units were signed in Spain and Portugal, located in Madrid, Barcelona and other cities.
In Bremen, the company recently signed for 82 apartments in the former bank building Kontorhaus. The project is a mixed-use concept with retail and office space, F&B and apartments.
limehome is creating another 54 units in Stuttgart. When the renovation of the building is complete, the accommodation will span across four floors.
In City Quartier in Kaiserslautern, limehome has signed 40 new units at the former Telekom site. The apartments will be ready for stays in the first quarter of 2025.
A project in Krems, located in the UNESCO World Heritage area Wachau in Austria, will have 21 new units across two floors.
Further leases were signed by the company in cities such as Eisenach, Steyr, Düsseldorf, Hof and Gelsenkirchen.
