UK: Energy management technology company resicentral has partnered with Charles Hope Apartments on a deal facilitated at Urban Living Festival 2023.

resicentral’s suite of products includes resiEM (energy management) and resiAIR (a WiFi-based monitor, control and sensor unit) which help to reduce consumption.

For example, the resiAIR technology features temperature setting limits and automatic shut-off for lighting and heating. It provides operators with customisable controls over individual apartments and spaces.

The resiEM platform compiles real-time and historical data access an entire property, which can be broken down to each individual apartment. It allows owners and operators to benchmark, monitor and optimise consumption.

At this year’s Urban Living Festival, resicentral signed a deal with Charles Hope Apartments to deploy its technology across more than 900 units in 17 locations.

Richard Maurin, CEO of Charles Hope Apartments, said: “Charles Hope Apartments has chosen resicentral as a technology partner across our UK portfolio due to the product’s superior features offering our business a range of energy-saving and operational management benefits. Charles Hope’s ethos is to provide unparalleled customer service; our commitment to lowering energy usage without impacting the customer sits alongside that. resicentral offers a data-driven solution that allows us to do this, unlike any other product on the market.”

resicentral forms part of The SDDE Smith Group – a family company with multiple real estate brands ranging from accommodation, legal, design, construction and more.
