UK: Serviced apartment provider House of Fisher has returned to its HQ in Theale, near Reading, after the team were temporarily relocated to 100 Kings Road whilst renovation work took place.
Previously based on floor one of Theale Court, the House of Fisher team decided to merge its HQ office space with its parent company – property developer T A Fisher – on the second floor of the building.
Sensors and LED lights along with a climate system have been fitted in the new HQ.
Planning involved expanding the office space and featuring a new roof terrace. The kitchen and lunch area, along with a board room featuring AV equipment, have also been included in the renovations.
The House of Fisher team were temporarily based in its flagship aparthotel, 100 Kings Road in Reading, whilst the work took place.
Alongside the office revamp, House of Fisher has also introduced eco-friendly tote bags which will become available to all guests across its nine properties in the Thames Valley.
The bags were designed by the HOF Green Team to promote sustainable alternatives to plastic.
