France: Luxury hotel operator Maybourne will open a property in the Parisian quarter of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, featuring 101 hotel rooms and 23 branded residences.
The Maybourne Saint-Germain is located along the Rive Gauche within the 17th-century Îlot Saint-Germain.
Its 23 residences will be led by two French interior designers; Pierre-Yves Rochon will oversee seven, located along Rue Saint-Dominque, and Laura Gonzalez will be responsible for 16 residences on Rue de l’Université.
The hotel will feature 50 suites and 51 rooms surrounding an inner courtyard. All guests and residences will have access to six food and beverage outlets as well as Maybourne’s spa and health club Surrenne.
As part of the spa offering which includes fitness and beauty services, the hotel will feature three pools: one situated on the third floor, a second on the rooftop, and a third will only be accessible to residents.

The opening of The Maybourne Saint-Germain will mark the group’s first in Paris and second in France overall. It is due to launch in 2027.
