UK: Corporate accommodation platform AltoVita has unveiled its guest experience app AltoStay, set to launch in Q4 2025.
Designed to streamline the traveller journey, AltoStay offers real-time stay updates, AI-powered local tips, and 24/7 live support. The app aims to reduce administrative overheads for travel and mobility managers.
AltoVita will be accepting beta users of AltoStay, which is due to launch later this year. Clients and prospects interested in early access can sign up here.
“76 per cent of travellers expect experiences tailored to their personal preferences, including incorporate accommodations, but only 56 per cent say theirs actually do,” said co-founder and COO Karolina Saviova.
“That’s where AltoVita steps in. By blending technology with the human touch, we’re reimagining corporate accommodation to serve every type of traveller across business verticals and employee profiles, from Gen-Z to senior executives. AltoStay is the natural next step in that journey, delivering deeply personalised experiences at scale.”
AltoStay was unveiled at this year’s Smart, Safe and Sustainable Summit – the fifth annual event held in London.
Co-founder and CEO Vivi Himmel said: “AltoVita means ‘high life’, and whilst our logo has modernised over the years, our core value has never changed. Our mission has always been to provide an elevated living experience to guests no matter where in the world they land.
“What sets us apart is our company DNA: speed, transparency and agility. We can build things fast and that’s how we can adapt much faster than anyone in the industry. As we move toward Agentic AI, which is more autonomous and scalable, we will continue to improve and we can bring AltoVita to our clients’ ecosystem, be it Microsoft or Google, be itOutlook or Teams,” she added.
The AltoVita team is preparing for the New York edition of the Smart, Safe and Sustainable Summit on 17 October 2025. Participation is exclusive to business travel and mobility leaders, registration details here.
