Northern Ireland/India: Eight Continents Hotels and Resorts has added two properties under its Ocho Homes brand, opening in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and Parsic Hill, Navi Mumbai, India.

The Belfast property, located in the city centre, offers seven rooms and marks the brand’s second location in the city, complementing the existing Wellesley Avenue site.

The expansion reflects Belfast’s growing appeal as a cultural and business hub and rising demand for flexible, extended-stay accommodation.

In India, Ocho Homes Living Belapur in Parsic Hill introduces 10 rooms catering to both “Living” and “Lux” guest categories.

Situated 22 kilometres from Navi Mumbai Airport and near DY Patil Stadium, the property targets corporate travellers, expatriates, and long-stay guests.

Haninder Sachdeva, CEO of Eight Continents Hotels and Resorts, said: “The addition of two new properties under the Ocho Homes portfolio reflects our focus on building a brand that travellers can consistently trust for extended stays. Our approach is centred on creating thoughtfully designed spaces that balance convenience with comfort, while also carrying the character of the destinations they are part of.

“By strengthening the Ocho Homes identity across both established and emerging markets, we are ensuring the brand remains a preferred choice for guests looking for reliability, style, and a sense of belonging during their travels,” he added.
