Worldwide: Serviced accommodation agent SilverDoor has revealed its leadership team following the merger with Synergy Global Housing earlier in August.
The leadership team for the newly merged business now comprises:
- Chief executive officer – Stuart Winstone
- Chief operating officer – Martin Klima
- Chief commercial officer – Claire Barrie
- Chief product officer, Synergy by SilverDoor – Leslie O’Brien
- Chief financial officer – James Buckley
- Chief supply officer – Alex Neale
- Chief people officer – Imogen Brettell
- Chief technology officer – Hanish Vithal
All appointments are effective immediately.
Klima has been promoted from chief customer officer to COO of the combined business. He will take global responsibility for customer relationships and client-facing service.
Barrie, in her new role as chief commercial officer, will lead global business development and marketing functions, tasked with driving international expansion under a single commercial strategy.
As chief product officer for Synergy by SilverDoor, O’Brien will oversee standards, operations and development of the merged company’s managed property inventory worldwide. O’Brien first joined Synergy from Oakwood where she was responsible for the management, growth and operational execution of the US market.

Martin, Claire and Leslie will play central roles in shaping that future; their exceptional expertise and understanding will play a critical role in building and expanding our new proposition and footprint globally.”
