Australia: Aparthotel operator Veriu Group has opened the 86-key Punthill Narrabundah, its second in the Australian capital of Canberra.
Located at 61 Jerrabomberra Avenue, Punthill Narrabundah has been repositioned from an existing property, formerly Abode Narrabundah.
Room categories include a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, two-bedroom interconnecting and accessible apartments, each with a fully equipped kitchen and in-room laundry facilities. Select apartments also include balconies or courtyards.
Amenities include a reception and lobby area, an off-site gym, and a guest pantry.
The property joins Punthill Tuggeranong which opened in Canberra in 2024.
Veriu Group currently has eight hotels under construction across the country including sites in Adelaide (SA), Ryde (NSW), Epping (VIC), Shepparton (VIC), South Yarra (VIC) and Albury (NSW).
