Australia: The 148-key Adina Chermside Brisbane has opened, developed by Limitless Developments and designed by WMK Architecture.

The aparthotel offers a mix of studios and one-bedroom apartments with kitchen and laundry facilities.

Amenities include an all-day café and bar, meeting rooms, a gym and undercover parking.

“We’re uniquely positioned to support a diverse mix of business, medical, sporting, and leisure travellers,” said general manager Sue Rowe. “With our proximity to the hospital precinct, Westfield Chermside, and key corporate and light industrial hubs, we have shaped our offering around flexibility, comfort, and community connection.”

Chris Sedgwick, TFE Hotels’ group chief operating officer, said: “Adina Chermside is a smart expansion into a high‑demand, well‑connected urban hub. The apartment‑style product, the design, and the location make it ideally suited to longer stays and a broad mix of corporate and leisure travellers.”
