Hong Kong: Dash Living has acquired the former BeLiving Youth Hub near Times Square for HK$400 million, marking the group’s 10th location.
Located in Wan Chai, the former BeLiving Youth Hub property will reopen as Dash Living on Morrison under the company’s hybrid hotel and serviced apartment model. The 26-storey building includes 98 rooms.
Dash Living said the purchase price was more than 60 per cent below pre-pandemic pricing.
Aaron Lee, CEO and founder of Dash Living, said: “This acquisition reflects our strong momentum and deep conviction in the long-term growth of both Dash Living and the Hong Kong market. With the continued recovery of the real estate market and surge of tourism and overseas talents, we see tremendous opportunity to bring this type of irreplaceable location, once in a cycle investment to our capital partners.”
The addition of Dash Living on Morrison increases the company’s assets under management in the city to more than US$500 million.
Since receiving investment from Rava Partners in 2025, Dash Living has expanded across Hong Kong and Japan and now manages more than 2,000 rooms across the region.
