UK: Travel management company Clarity will connect its travel technology ClarityGo with its meetings technology MeetingsPro.

The convergence of the two tools will enable users to book meetings and travel within one unified system.

Users, as well as departments such as finance and HR, will gain access to consolidated reporting that captures to total cost of travel for meetings and events, as well as the carbon impact.

Development is currently underway, with the integration set for beta testing in late 2026 or early 2027.

Carl Law, chief technology officer at Clarity, said: “Historically, meetings and business travel have been planned and managed through separate systems, which often results in creating unnecessary cost, duplicated effort, and a disjointed experience for travellers and organisers.

“By converging the two systems, our latest innovation will address this head on and connects meetings and travel at the point of booking in a unified and data driven experience. This will result in a step change in visibility, efficiency and control which removes traditional silos between travel and meetings management.”

Highlights:
  • UK travel management company Clarity is integrating its ClarityGo travel platform with MeetingsPro to unify travel and meetings booking within a single system.
  • The combined technology will enable users to book business travel and meetings through one interface.
  • Integrated reporting will provide finance and HR teams with consolidated data on total meeting travel costs alongside associated carbon emissions.
  • Development is underway, with beta testing of the unified Clarity platform scheduled for late 2026 or early 2027.
