Australia: Global accommodation platform AltoVita has extended its presence in Asia-Pacific, becoming officially incorporated in Australia.

AltoVita offers more than 330,000 keys across Australia, spanning serviced apartments, aparthotels, hotels, professionally managed homes, and coliving spaces. Its inventory covers locations including Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, as well as regional markets such as Karratha, Port Hedland and Kalgoorlie.

Over the past 12 months, AltoVita has seen bookings across Australia increase by 69 per cent, with nights booked rising by 82 per cent.

Julien Philippot, VP of client partnerships APAC at AltoVita, said: “Australia isn’t just another market for us. It’s one of the clearest examples of where global mobility is heading. Between mining, energy, financial services and infrastructure, demand for quality extended-stay accommodation is only accelerating, and organisations need a partner who can move as fast as their workforce does.

“That’s why we’ve made the investment to be here on the ground: to deepen our supplier relationships in the markets that matter most, and to give our clients the level of local expertise and responsiveness they need. Incorporating in Australia is a commitment to the region, and to the clients and partners who are building it.”

Alice Wilson, chief of staff at AltoVita, added: “Australia marks our eighth entity incorporation as we continue to expand our global footprint with intention. Every new entity strengthens our operational readiness, enabling local billing, contracting and compliance, while giving us the infrastructure to build teams that truly understand the markets we serve. This is what it takes to support our clients wherever they’re based.”

AltoVita is powered by a multi-source connectivity strategy and more than 25 API integrations. It provides live availability with embedded policy controls and duty of care, giving organisations visibility and control over stays of any duration.
