UAE: IHG has signed franchise agreements with developer SRG Holding.
The agreements will convert two SRG-owned developments into the Staybridge Suites Dubai Financial Centre and Staybridge Suites Dubai Internet City.
SRG Hospitality, the group’s hotel management arm, will operate the hotels, which will open in January 2020 along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai’s main commercial artery.
The 360-room Staybridge Suites Dubai Financial Centre will have one, two and three-bedroom suites and studio apartments. The 225-room Staybridge Suites Dubai Internet City will offer one and two-bedroom apartments and studios with kitchenettes or kitchens and interconnecting rooms for families or small groups traveling together.
