Thailand: Avani Hotels & Resorts says it is on track to open more than ten new properties, including two serviced apartment projects.
Dillip Rajakarier, CEO of Minor Hotel Group, the parent company of Avani Hotels & Resorts, said: “We are pleased that our partners are reaffirming their commitment to long-term growth with Avani, as demonstrated in their decision to continue with the delivery of at least seven new properties by the end of 2021. With yet more projects expected to be completed in the following two years and additional pipeline announcements coming soon, Avani continues to be the fastest-growing brand in the company.”
Among the projects are serviced apartment projects in Dubai and Kenya.
Avani Palm View Dubai Residences & Suites will open in Q4 2020. In the final stages of development, overlooking the Palm Jumeirah, the new-build project will feature 264-key residences ranging from studios to multi-bedroom units.
Avani Nairobi Residences in Kenya will open in 2021. The 120-key all-suite property is located in the heart of the Westlands neighbourhood, and will
offer “direct access to an array of multinational corporations, restaurants and bars”.
