France: Luxury hospitality brand Highstay has launched a serviced apartment property in Paris with the opening of Hôtel Vintimille, a heritage building converted into a premium urban hospitality asset targeting medium- and long-stay demand.
Located at 5 rue de Vintimille in the city’s 9th arrondissement, the property comprises 13 serviced apartments, including studios and one- and two-bedroom units. The accommodation is positioned within the growing hybrid residential-hospitality segment, offering apartment-style living combined with hotel-level services.
Each unit includes a kitchenette, dedicated workspace and living area, allowing the property to serve business, leisure and extended-stay guests. Highstay said the asset reflects rising demand in Paris for flexible accommodation formats and the reconversion of small-scale historic buildings into income-generating hospitality assets.
Hôtel Vintimille underwent a full structural restoration, including the reconstruction of floors and roofing, alongside the preservation of original architectural features. The project was delivered in collaboration with architecture studio LABO and interior designer Chloé Nègre.
The launch forms part of Highstay’s broader expansion strategy in Paris and leisure-led destinations. Founded in 2020, the company operates across three brands: Highstay Collection, Highstay Villas and Highstay Maisons, the latter focused on boutique-scale hospitality buildings.
Located close to Montmartre and major cultural and corporate hubs, the property is positioned to capture diversified demand flows across central Paris.
