IHG expands extended stay portfolio in Riyadh

SAUDI ARABIA: IHG has announced the signing of a management agreement with Al Ajlan Company for InterContinental Hotel & Residences, Riyadh.

The luxury 400-key hotel and serviced apartments is due to open by 2028, and will be part of a mixed-use development with high-end retail, offices and entertainment.
