Cheval secures planning for Glasgow Maison property

UK: Planning permission has been granted by Glasgow City Council for Cheval Maison – West Regent, scheduled to open in 2026.

Cheval Collection will operate the project under a management agreement with owner 141WRS.

Located at 139-141 West Regent Street, Blythswood Hill within the central Glasgow conservation area, the Cheval Maison property will include 70 luxury serviced apartments, a ground-floor restaurant, lounge area, a gym, and a rooftop terrace bar.

The accommodation will be divided into 27 standard studios, 15 large studios, 23 one-bedroom apartments and five two-bedroom apartments.

Mohammed S. Alawadhi, managing director, Cheval Collection, said: “It is wonderful to see this site moving forwards with the support of Glasgow city council and we look forward to contributing to the regeneration of this historic area. Cheval currently operates nine locations in London, three in Edinburgh and one in Dubai.
