UK: The 2023 winners of the Altos London, which recognises and celebrates “innovative hospitality operators” in the EMEA corporate accommodation industry, have been unveiled.
Hosted by AltoVita, the global corporate lodging platform, The Altos London 2023 Awards were held earlier this week at Landing Forty Two. It marked the fourth annual ceremony.
This year’s winners include:
• Best Interior Design – Viridian Apartments
• Most Innovative Use of Technology – Charles Hope Apartments
• Excellence in Safety & Security – Jacob Street Partners
• Best Sustainability Initiative – STAY Camden
• Best Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Initiative – Heliodoor
• Best Hospitality Operator (Europe) – The Residence
• Best Hospitality Operator (Middle East and Africa) – Dream Inn Dubai
• Customer Success Champion – Hybrid Resi
The Rising Star Award, which acknowledges individuals who have made “significant contributions to the sector’s growth and development”, and who have demonstrated the “legacy and durability of their achievements”, went to Kirsty Dunbar, property and compliance manager, Viridian Apartments.
Highly commended companies include Prague Days (interior design), City Break Apartments (innovative use of technology), Skyside International (safety and security), Beyond Apartments and Aparthotels (sustainability), Prague Days (diversity, equity and inclusion), and Viridian Apartments (operator – Europe).

Prior to the awards ceremony, more than 150 attendees joined AltoVita in an afternoon event featuring panel discussions exploring the corporate accommodation landscape across Europe.
