Saudi Arabia: Turkey-based investment and real estate development company Emrina A.Ş. has launched the 7 Days Residence Club – Mecca, a membership-based accommodation programme for visitors to Mecca.

The programme has been designed to meet the increasing demand for accommodation in the city, especially at the busy periods of Umrah and other religious festivals. It will provide members with seven days’ accommodation annually for 10 years, featuring a combination of hotels and serviced apartments set near Al-Masjid Al-Haram.

Emrina has entered into a partnership for a development of 113 luxury single-bedroom serviced apartments in Masar district in Mecca, about 850 metres away from Al-Masjid Al-Haram. The apartments are expected to be ready in 2030 and will have a capacity of four-six guests.

Emrina intends to increase its portfolio in Mecca over the upcoming years with approximately 30 hotel projects via acquisition, leasing and partnership deals.

Emrah İnanç, chairman of Emrina A.Ş., said: “Through 7 Days Residence Club, we aim to offer visitors to Mecca a more comfortable, planned, reliable and high-standard experience. Our members will benefit from seven days of accommodation every year for 10 years with a fixed-price advantage. We believe this model will make visits to the holy city more predictable, peaceful, and accessible.”
