Strawberry Living appoints GM of its corporate housing business

Sweden: Corporate housing provider Strawberry Living has appointed Rammi Al Bitar as general manager of Corporate Housing, responsible for over 1,500 apartments across Sweden.

In his new role, Al Bitar will assume overall responsibility for Strawberry Living’s nationwide portfolio of corporate apartments. He will focus on growing the business and developing “tailored accommodation solutions” for both the private and public sectors.

Al Bitar was promoted from director of sales for corporate housing. He brings over a decade’s experience in a variety of sales leadership roles, having previously worked at properties such as At Six and Clarion Hotel Sign.

“Being entrusted to lead Corporate Housing is an incredibly exciting assignment,” said Al Bitar. “Corporate Housing is Sweden’s largest provider of corporate apartments, with around 1,500 units distributed across the country. We have fantastic reach and the capacity to deliver customised solutions. Our single most important goal is to ensure that employees from companies and public authorities who receive temporary housing through us truly feel at home.”

Mattias Stengl, CEO of Strawberry Living, added: “We are thrilled that Rammi is stepping into the role of general manager for Corporate Housing. With his strong sales background, drive, and deep understanding of both hospitality and our specific business, he is the ideal person to lead and further develop this area.”

In addition to Corporate Housing, Strawberry Living also includes the Lynra business area, which targets the industrial sector by offering large-scale housing.
