UK: Frasers Hospitality, a business unit of Frasers Property, will launch the Capri by Fraser, Kensington / London, in summer 2027.Â
Marking the UK debut of the hotel residence brand Capri by Fraser, the London property has been redeveloped from the former Park International Hotel.Â
The six-storey, 180-unit property spans more than 7,000 square metres, and is set across seven restored Victorian buildings.
Rooms range from studios to double apartment suites with kitchenettes. Amenities include a social hub for guests and locals, a 24/7 gym, an immersive music zone, and a dedicated space for art exhibitions and community events.
It will also offer breakfast, light food and snacks, a cocktail bar, as well as meeting facilities.
As part of the transformation, Capri by Fraser, Kensington / London will operate without gas, using air source heat pumps to support its hot water requirements.
Rebecca Hollants Van Loocke, COO EMEA at Frasers Hospitality, said: “This transformation of seven Victorian buildings marries heritage details and period grandeur with thoughtfully considered spaces that spark curiosity, embrace community and inspire creativity. Capri by Fraser, Kensington / London is set to become a vibrant hub for curious travellers and locals, and we look forward to unveiling this distinctive property to our first guests in summer 2027.”
