The Netherlands: Aparthotel operator Staycity Group will open its first property in Amsterdam on 28 September 2026, located on the IJ River in Noord.
Staycity Group first announced the property in 2022. At the time, it was already under construction by Union Investment, forming part of the Yvie complex.
The property’s 120 units range from studios, one, and two-bedroom apartments, each with living spaces and fully equipped kitchens. Some apartments are pet-friendly.
Amenities include coworking spaces, a gym, and laundry room, alongside the brand’s all-day dining concept Oscar’s, serving coffee and pastries by day, cocktails and small plates by night.
Interiors of the aparthotel have been designed by Stephanie Barba Mendoza.
