Spain: Líbere Hospitality Group (LHG) has opened its first property in Seville with the Líbere Seville Plaza Nueva.
The property is a former office building in Seville’s old town, which LHG has converted into a 47-unit aparthotel.
Located at Calle Albareda 18, near Plaza Nueva, the Seville Cathedral, and the Giralda, the property spans 3,758 square metres across two buildings connected by a central courtyard and rooftop bridge. It offers 13 studios, 30 one-bedroom and four two-bedroom apartments, accommodating up to 170 guests, alongside a rooftop pool and solarium and a ground-floor bar-restaurant open to the public.
Key features of the property include:
- Digital entry and 13 car parking bays on-site.
- Smart home automation including climate control, window openings, electric locks, full building wifi managed via mobile app.
- Flexible stay formats for alternative accommodation, including discounts for medium-term stays.
The building has achieved a BREEAM “Excellent” environmental sustainability rating.

The property forms part of a pan-European portfolio of more than 2,300 units across Spain, the UK, Portugal, Italy, Greece and France.
