Australia: The 90-unit Quest Southport has opened along the Gold Coast, owned and developed by Vecchio Group.
Located at 29-31 Lather Street, the new-build aparthotel features studios through to three-bedroom configurations, with every apartment offering a kitchenette or fully equipped kitchen.
Amenities include a fitness centre, a rooftop pool, laundry facilities, and on-site parking.
It marks the second Quest property that Vecchio has developed.
Quest now operates more than 120 properties in Australia, with plans to open three additional sites during 2026. The company is targeting more than 200 Quest aparthotels nationally by 2030.
