Germany: VELA Hotels will operate The Baltic View, a Brionj Luxury Hotel Collection property to open in Rügen, 30th April 2026.
The Baltic View, developed by Ventis together with its subsidiary VELA Hotels, is a 14-key serviced residence property, with units ranging up to 160 square metres. All apartments features a private sauna, fireplace, and sea view.
Other amenities include an indoor pool, a sauna and relaxation areas, as well as an outdoor terrace. Additionally, treatment rooms, a fitness area, and an ice fountain are available. A private chef can also be requested.
The property has joined the luxury collection Brionj, part of Grand Metropolitan Hotels.
“The Baltic View exemplifies the evolution of modern luxury hospitality,” Brionj director Laura Nissen said. “It means less convention, more experiential quality, and greater individuality.”
