Luxembourg: Aparthotel brand Adagio and developer CODIC Group are set to launch a property in the BOTANICA – Your Office Resort business district in Luxembourg.
The BOTANICA project proposes an “office resort” of nine buildings including 53,000 square-metres of offices, a hotel, an auditorium, restaurants, a gym, terraces, and an outdoor recreation area. The development is set to welcome users in the first quarter of 2027.
The Adagio Original aparthotel will offer 121 luxury units, a fitness area and self-service laundry, as well as communal space ‘The Circle’ which will offer a library, a shop or kid’s corner, and a hybrid work and social space.
Arthur Jaeger, chief development and real estate officer at Adagio, said: “The signing of our first establishment in Luxembourg is an important step for Adagio. It perfectly illustrates our ambition for growth in Europe and will integrate perfectly with BOTANICA – Your Office Resort. We are convinced that this new offer dedicated to medium and long stays will satisfy business and leisure demand by offering our future customers an innovative and environmentally friendly product. We are very proud of this first partnership with CODIC.”
Vincent Beck, CEO at CODIC International, said: “We are delighted to welcome the Adagio brand to our ‘BOTANICA – Your Office Resort’ development. We have designed BOTANICA as a welcoming and inspiring place where the surrounding nature and living spaces stimulate the creativity and efficiency of organisations. The Adagio offer of 121 keys, unique in Luxembourg, fits perfectly into our concept and will offer a local accommodation service for all BOTANICA users.”
