US: Hilton has expanded its Home2 Suites extended-stay brand to the Four Corners area of Bozeman, Montana, via a new-build project by private investment firm Virga Capital.
The 100-room Home2 Suites by Hilton Bozeman Four Corners is located between the city and Big Sky Resort. It targets both business travellers and leisure guests on extended stays.
Designed for flexible living, the hotel features full kitchens, workspaces, an indoor pool, fire pit terrace, and complimentary breakfast. The property is also pet-friendly.
The project marks Virga Capital’s first hotel opening in the Bozeman area.
Rob Lateiner, CEO of Virga Capital said: “We’re excited to bring the Home2 Suites by Hilton brand to Four Corners, meeting the needs of both long- and short-term guests traveling through one of Montana’s most dynamic regions. This opening marks an important milestone in our portfolio and underscores our commitment to high-quality, purpose-built hospitality in our hometown of Bozeman and other key growth markets.”
Bozeman has been one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States, with a population increasing by nearly 20 per cent over the past five years.
Much of the growth has come from its expanding tech, construction and hospitality sectors, as well as proximity to outdoor recreation and Yellowstone National Park.
