US: Serviced accommodation agent Synergy Global Housing has officially opened its central US operations and sales office in Houston, Texas.
Since opening the Texas market to inventory development in January 2024, Synergy has seen year-over-year booking increase by 437 per cent, driven by demand sources such as energy, technology and financial services.
Bookings are primarily concentrated in Houston (40 per cent),Dallas (30 per cent) and Austin (30 per cent).
In response, the company has grown its accommodation supply in key cities, adding the following properties: 7Seventy, SoDo on Main, and Reverie at River Hollow (Houston), Miro and AMLI WestPlano (Dallas), and Northshore and Residences at the Domain (Austin).
“Opening our Central US office in Houston is the natural evolution of Synergy’s growth story,” said Henry Luebbert, co-founder and Interim CEO of Synergy Global Housing. “Texas, and Houston in particular, represents a thriving hub for many of the industries we support. By planting our roots here, we’re positioning ourselves in the centre of the country, and we are even more equipped to fulfil the domestic needs of our clients.”

Under Franco’s leadership, nine associates spanning operational and sales roles have been hired at Synergy. Active recruitment is underway to support further growth.
