US: Hilton has opened the first extended stay hotel under its LivSmart Studios brand, located in Tullahoma, Tennessee.
The 89-room property is located at 251 William Northern Boulevard in Tullahoma. It was developed in partnership with 3H Group, Inc. and Aztec Group, LLC.
Rooms come with fully equipped kitchens and amenities include a grab-and-go breakfast bar, fitness centre, and laundry facilities. The new build property also offers parking with EV charging.

Hilton revealed the LivSmart brand in 2023 and expects to open its second LivSmart Studios in Kokomo, Indiana later this year. Owned by Sun Management & Development Corporation, the 137-room property is located at 5138 Cartwright Drive.
More than 90 extended stay hotels are expected to open under the brand in the coming years, with more than 225 deals currently in various stages of negotiation.
