Worldwide: TFE Hotels has partnered with Swiss-based guest experience and operations platform Like Magic to roll out the technology across its portfolio.
Building on the success of its hotel lab, MM:NT Berlin, TFE Hotels is rolling out Like Magic’s technology across Europe, the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
The technology will enable TFE Hotels to deliver contactless check-in/out, facilitate communication between guests and staff, and support service requests.
Operationally, Like Magic helps to automate daily tasks, including real-time guest journey tracking.
