US: Hyatt is expanding its Essentials portfolio across Southeast US, with more than half of pipeline properties sitting under its Studios and House brands. Â
Hyatt’s Essentials portfolio comprises seven brands, four of which are involved in the group’s expansion across Southeast US: Hyatt Studios, Hyatt Select, Hyatt Place and Hyatt House.Â
The company said that the southeastern states are experiencing “population growth, infrastructure investment, and sustained corporate travel†which is driving demand in markets such as Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Alabama.
Of the 36 pipeline properties, 23 fall under the Hyatt Studios (14) and Hyatt House (nine) brands. These include:

Nine Hyatt Select and four Hyatt Place properties round out the expansion.
