Egypt: Real estate firm NAIA Developments has announced plans to launch its first internationally branded serviced residences in Ras El Hekma through a partnership with hospitality company Accor’s Swissôtel Residences brand.

The serviced residences will form part of the NAIA Bay mixed-use coastal development on Egypt’s North Coast, marking Swissôtel Residences’ debut in Ras El Hekma.

According to the developer, the project is designed to combine private residential ownership with hotel-style services and amenities, targeting both homeowners and guests seeking longer stays within a managed hospitality environment.

The development is expected to welcome homeowners and guests throughout 2026.

NAIA Developments said the project forms part of its strategy to expand its hospitality real estate portfolio and respond to growing demand for year-round coastal living rather than traditional seasonal holiday homes.

NAIA Bay is located on the Alexandria–Ras El Hekma Road near El Alamein International Airport and Marsa Matrouh Airport. The company said construction of the first phase is approximately 95% complete, with initial handovers having begun in the final quarter of 2025.
