UK: Sabre, a development and investment company, will open the purpose-built Sola Suites serviced apartment property in Southampton in March 2027.
Located at 382 Winchester Road, Sola Suites is designed to accommodate flexible stays from days to months.
Sabre said it will work with partners to create accommodation packages based on organisational needs. That can include rolling monthly blocks for project teams, six-month relocation agreements, or 12-month partnerships with priority allocation and dedicated relationship management.
Each of the property’s 20 suites features a kitchenette, walk-in shower, air conditioning, and smart TVs.
Shared amenities include a residents’ lounge and coffee bar, a grab-and-go pantry, on site parking with EV charging, and cycle storage. A catering partnership with local food provider Uptons of Bassett allows guests to order prepared meals to their doors.

Sabre has developed a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties, owning and managing more than 150 units across 14 locations in the South of England.
The company is currently identifying further development opportunities throughout the region to scale its serviced accommodation model.
