Germany: Tech-enabled operator Limehome signed its first lease with real estate company Aroundtown on a project called the HAT64 Skyline Atlas.
Located at Bleichstraße 64-66 in Frankfurt am Main, the HAT64 Skyline Atlas is a 19-storey refurbished office building that will deliver 86 serviced apartment units, scheduled for completion in 2028.
It marks the first time Limehome has partnered with Aroundtown. The deal was signed in H1 2026.
“As part of our broader mixed-use strategy, serviced apartments represent an important component in unlocking the potential of centrally located properties and adapting them to evolving urban demand,” said Shachar Elkanati, VP asset management and development at Aroundtown.
Josef Vollmayr, co-founder and co-CEO of Limehome, said: “When some of Europe’s leading real estate investors choose us as an operator, we clearly see the direction that Limehome’s model is following. With a fully digital operation and industry-leading GOP levels, we assume we have the degree of reliability that institutional owners look for in a long-term partner.”
