UK: Tech-enabled operator Numa Group has signed a hotel management agreement for a property in Chelsea, and plans to open Native by Numa Fitzrovia in October.
The 57-key Numa London Chelsea Green is located at 35 Ixworth Place in Chelsea.
Housed in a former hotel, Numa claims the transition was completed in five days, including the migration of distribution, pricing and inventory, guest operations, property systems, compliance and financial processes.
“An operator transition is ultimately about execution,” said Dimitri Chandogin, co-founder and present, Numa Group. “Once an asset is handed over, owners need confidence that the incoming operator can assume full responsibility quickly, protect the guest experience and keep income disruption to an absolute minimum.
“At Chelsea Green, we were fully operational under Numa within five days. That is the kind of speed, reliability and operational certainty we have built our platform to deliver for real estate partners across Europe,” he added.
Elsewhere in London, the 29-room Native by Numa Fitzrovia in October 2026 is due to open this October. It is housed within a converted former convent on Margaret Street.
Accommodation ranges from studios to two-bedroom apartments, all with fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes.
